TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

The following general sales conditions will govern the relationship between the customer and HaveFun! SNC on the purchase of products through the e-commerce site.

For all conditions not expressly stated in the following, we refer the customer to view the provisions issued in Legislative Decree 185/99.

CONCLUSION OF THE ORDER

Before completing the order, you will be asked to check that it is correct. You will find expressed unit prices including VAT for each product and any shipping costs. Upon confirmation of this, you will be directed to the page to make the payment according to the mode you have chosen.

By confirming and completing the order, the customer accepts and respects the sales conditions described on this page and on the other pages of the site.

Upon receipt of the order, HaveFun! will send the customer an e-mail with a summary of the same and a reference Order Number will be assigned.

HaveFun! accepts orders for products within the limits of stock availability. If an ordered product is unexpectedly unavailable, the company will promptly notify the customer. HaveFun! also undertakes to inform the customer if a requested or ordered product is available again. Incomplete orders will not be shipped without the client's authorization.

BUSINESS GUARANTEES

The products are shown on the site in order to show the real characteristics of the product. In any case, HaveFun! cannot guarantee that the images and colors of the product correspond to reality on the customer's monitor.

The customer is aware that, when accessing the site, some products may be out of stock or no longer available for sale. Furthermore, product prices are subject to change. 

COMPLAINTS

For any complaints we invite the customer to send an email to info@hfun.it  inserting in the subject of the email the word RECLAM and clearly describing the nature of the complaint.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As regulated by Legislative Decree 206/05 and the Consumer Code, the customer has the right to return the goods without any explicit reason and to be reimbursed for the full amount paid (within 30 working days). This right must be exercised within 14 working days of receipt of the goods, performing the return procedure .

  1. Access your Order History .
  2. Click on the order containing the items to be returned. The page will update showing the detail of the order.
  3. Scroll down to the RETURN OF GOODS section .
  4. From the list of items, check the ones you want to return.
  5. Indicates the reasons for the return.
  6. Complete the procedure by clicking on "MAKE A RETURN".

For more information or assistance, send an email to info@hfun.it  indicating the word RETURN in the subject of the email.

Once the withdrawal notice has been received, HaveFun! will inform the customer on how to return the goods. The customer has 14 days to return the goods in the following ways:

  • The product must be intact in all its parts and returned in its original packaging
  • The product must be returned without any scratch, dent, complete in all its parts, without any damage that reduces its commercial value
  • By law, shipments are charged to the customer
  • Shipping, until received by HaveFun! remains under the responsibility of the customer
  • Should the shipment arrive at a damaged or tampered location, HaveFun! will promptly inform the customer, who will contact the shipper for refunds.

HaveFun! will reimburse within 14 days of acceptance of the return. The customer will provide his bank details necessary to HaveFun! to make the refund.

In case of payment by Paypal,  the refund will also be made using the methods indicated by Paypal.
Once the refund has been confirmed, it may take several days before the sum is credited, this depends on the time of Paypal to verify the destination account and make the bank credit.

GUARANTEES

The sales relationship with the customers is therefore regulated by Legislative Decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 (Consumer Code) which determines the seller's guarantee for the consumer for a period of 24 months from the purchase.

The customer may raise complaints within 14 days of the discovery of defects or irregularities, while any late reports will not be taken into consideration.

HaveFun! guarantees:

  • the sale of products compliant with European legislation and regulations
  • the products sold are originals purchased from official distributors
  • the products are new and intact (unless explicitly stated in the product sheet)

Should the product arrive be defective or broken, the customer must promptly notify HaveFun! who will undertake to replace the goods or make a refund to the customer.
